Maruti SX4 is powered by 1.6 L 16valve Mseries engine that generates maximum power of 87bhp 6000rpm and maximum torque of 145 Nm 4200 rpm. The 1298 cc engine is equipped with MPFI ignition system. The suspensions brakes and transmissions were regulated in Europe with further finetuning done to suit the Indian roads.
The beautiful interiors of SX4 have been given a dualtone theme which it very appealing. The use of quality materials in the interiors gives the vehicle a premium look. The dashboard of ZXi variant is equipped with fully integrated music system with steering mounted audio controls. Intuitive cooling in the cabin is facilitated by automatic climate control system. The instrument cluster is elegantly illuminated with dual info display.
With 4490 mm length and 1735 mm width Maruti SX4 is designed to suit the crowded Indian roads. The muscular and dynamic exterior styling make the sedan look very grand. The vehicle comes with an electrically adjustable outside rearview mirror. Adding to the graceful appearance of SX4 are its 15″ large wheels arched bumpers and wraparound head and tail lamps.
